Step 1: Wash your face using the Seven Days Power Glow Bar. Gently massage lather on your skin in a circular motion for 10 – 15 seconds. Rinse your face with water, pat your face dry using a clean towel.

Step 2: Use the Seven Days Power Exfoliating Toner after washing your face with The Power Glow Bar. Dampen a cotton pad and gently swipe it over your face. Allow it to dry. Use twice daily for 1 month. Rest face for one month before using again.

Step 3: In the morning: Use the Seven Days Power Exfoliating Sun Protect Sunscreen 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. With SPF40 to protect from harmful UVA and UVB rays.
