Cancellation & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel or replace an order. Therefore, we have the following policies in place:

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the customer will need to follow the return and refund policy.

Replacement Policy:

  1. If the customer receives a damaged or defective item, we will replace it with a new one.
  2. The customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a clear picture or video of the damage or defect.
  3. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  4. If the customer wishes to replace the item for any other reason, the customer will have to follow the return and refund policy.
